Joshua loves science and always uses a research based approach when it comes to training. Using the knowledge he attained while getting his BS in Kinesiology with a concentration in Therapeutic Rehab, Joshua makes sure to get his clients to their goals efficiently with injury prevention as the backbone of his programming. He also understands that getting clients to meet goals often requires more than just science. It requires care, encouragement, and motivation and he makes sure to combine them all to keep his clients improving. Joshua especially loves when a client who couldn't believe weight loss was even possible hits their first set of short term goals! And he'll make sure the path to the long term goal is full of as much fun as torture (lol).
