Our program at The Field Fitness utilizes a combination of traditional resistance training, functional training, and high intensity interval training(HIIT) in order to improve strength, performance, and cardiovascular health.

We implement science based training methods while focusing on form and technique in order to get results. And we have three distinct classes that focus on different muscle groups in order to efficiently work the entire body and ensure variety in each class.

Our methods allow us to help you accomplish a wide variety of fitness goals, from weight loss or muscle growth to strength and flexibility and even confidence and happiness!
